Variegated String of Pearls (Senecio Rowleyanus Variegata ) are easily recognizable because of their trailing green and cream-colored leaves that have the ability to become pink in the right light.
✨It's important to note that Variegated String of Pearls is slower growing in comparison to non-variegated SoP, due to lack of the chlorophyll in its variegated leaves.✨
☀️ Succulents thrive in bright, indirect lighting and String of Pearls are no exception. If growing indoors, choose a window that can offer at least 4-6 hours of filtered sunlight a day. They also love being grown outside. Bright natural light and partial shade are best, but be mindful that too much direct light can burn them.
💧 When watering, saturate soil entirely then allow soil to fully dry out before watering again. Make sure your Pearls always have well-draining soil and are in pots with good drainage at the base.
Their bead-like leaves retain water, making them great for drier environments. They naturally cascade out of their pots and can easily be grown with other succulents.
⚠️ Toxic if ingested. Not pet friendly.
